Registration

• Registration is confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of confirmation email.

• Delegates are responsible for providing accurate registration information.

• The organizing committee reserves the right to accept or reject registrations.

Program Changes

The organizers reserve the right to modify:

• Scientific sessions

• Speakers

• Agenda

• Venue arrangements

• Conference timings

without prior notice if circumstances require.

Conference Participation

Participants are expected to maintain professional conduct throughout the conference.

The organizers reserve the right to deny participation to any attendee whose conduct is disruptive, inappropriate, or violates applicable laws.

Intellectual Property

All conference content, including presentations, abstracts, logos, designs, videos, photographs, and educational materials, remains the intellectual property of the respective owners and/or HIVES Summit 2026 organizers.

No material may be reproduced, distributed, recorded, or published without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The organizers shall not be liable for:

• Personal injury

• Loss of belongings

• Travel disruptions

• Accommodation issues

• Technical failures

• Delays caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Chandigarh, India.
