Nature of Services

Registration fees paid through the HIVES Summit 2026 website are for participation in an educational and scientific conference.

Since conference registration is a service and not a physical product, returns are not applicable.

Cancellation by Delegate

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

Refund eligibility:

• More than 60 days before the event: 75% refund

• 30–59 days before the event: 50% refund

• Less than 30 days before the event: No refund

Payment gateway charges, banking charges, and administrative fees may be deducted where applicable.

Transfer of Registration

The organizing committee may allow registration transfers subject to prior written approval.

Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that HIVES Summit 2026 is cancelled by the organizers, delegates will be informed promptly regarding refund procedures and applicable deductions, if any.

Processing Time

Approved refunds shall generally be processed within 7–14 business days and may take additional time depending on the participant’s bank or payment provider.
