Effective Date: 1 January 2026

Delegate Cancellation

Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing to the conference secretariat.

Refund eligibility:

• Up to 60 days before the conference: 75% refund

• 30–59 days before the conference: 50% refund

• Less than 30 days before the conference: No refund

Any applicable payment gateway or bank charges may be deducted from the refunded amount.

Transfer of Registration

Registration transfers may be permitted upon written request and approval by the organizing committee.

Conference Cancellation

If HIVES Summit 2026 is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, the organizers will make reasonable efforts to provide refunds after deduction of unavoidable administrative and processing expenses.

Force Majeure

The organizers shall not be liable for cancellation, postponement, or modification of the event due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters

• Government restrictions

• Public health emergencies

• Acts of terrorism

• Strikes

• Technical failures

• Severe weather conditions
